Applications & forms​

How do wholesale customers apply?​

You publish a branded application form and share it on your storefront. Prospective buyers fill it in with their company details and any documents you require, and the application lands in your review queue.

How many forms can I create?​

The Free plan includes 1 application form. Paid plans include unlimited forms, so you can tailor onboarding for different audiences or markets.

Is there a limit on submissions?​

No. Submissions are unlimited on every plan, including Free.

Verification​

Does Bizmate verify VAT and company numbers?​

Yes. On the Growth plan and above, Bizmate automatically checks VAT and company-registration numbers against official registries, so you can approve real businesses with confidence.

Can I collect tax or resale certificates?​

Yes. From the Starter plan, applicants can securely upload documents such as resale or tax certificates during onboarding.

What about certificate expiry?​

On the Growth plan and above, Bizmate tracks certificate expiry dates and alerts you before they lapse, keeping your wholesale accounts compliant.

Approval & B2B access​

How do I review and approve an application?​

Open the application in your review queue. You can see the submitted details, documents, and verification results together, then request more information, approve, or reject.

What happens when I approve a buyer?​

Bizmate grants controlled wholesale access. On the Scale plan, it can provision a native Shopify B2B company, apply payment terms, and activate your purchasing rules automatically.

Can I restrict wholesale products to approved buyers only?​

Yes. On the Scale plan, checkout and storefront gating ensures only approved buyers can see and purchase wholesale pricing and products.

Can buyers manage their own team?​

On the Scale plan, the procurement portal lets buyers manage their team with spend groups and per-employee limits.

What does it cost?​

There is a free plan to get started. Paid plans are Starter ($29/mo), Growth ($79/mo), and Scale ($149/mo), each with a 14-day free trial. Billing is available in USD and EUR.
